Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Home Health Aide at Randolph Care LLC in Greater Houston. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to individuals with medical conditions or disabilities in their homes. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and providing emotional support to clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Valid certification or license as a Home Health Aide
• Experience in providing personal care and assistance to individuals with medical conditions or disabilities
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move clients
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Clear background check and drug screening
